Delivery & returns


We currently only deliver to the following locations: NSW, VIC, ACT

Postage is calculated based upon the type and amount of products being purchased.

You can view the postage costs of your order by visiting the Shopping Cart page and also during Checkout.

Below is a summary of our postage costs:

  1. Brews:
    • 4-Pack: $15
    • 6-Pack: $15
    • Case: $25
  2. Merchandise: $10 flat rate (as many items as you like)
  3. Capped at $50. The most you'll pay for postage in a single order is $50 (e.g. order 2 x cases + 1 x 4-pack + 1 x merch in the same order, and only pay $50 postage)

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders are sent using Australia Post and usually take 2-7 working days from the time your parcel has been dispatched. Please be aware that if there is nobody available to collect your order at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a card behind indicating that your parcel is available to be picked up at a nearby Post Office.


Returns strives to ensure our customers are 100% satisified with every purchase from us. However if for some reason you are not happy with all or part of your purchase, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem with a minimum of hassle.

We also recommend you read the following information which describes our returns policy.

In such cases where your received goods are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, or do not match the description given when your order was placed, you are entitled to opt for one of the following:

  1. A full refund, or
  2. An exchange of the incorrect goods for the correct goods (where applicable and upon availability), or
  3. Store credit (to the value of the goods being returned).

All goods must be returned to us by mail before we can issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We also need to ensure that the goods were in fact purchased from us – so please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Wherever possible, goods should be returned in the condition they were received. In the case where goods are returned due to us having sent you an incorrect order, the goods must be returned unopened.

Please note that refunds can only be given in the manner in which the original purchase was paid for. For example if you paid using your PayPal account then the refund will be sent to that PayPal account.

Generally, we don't give refunds if you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item – so please place your order carefully.
